Identifiable Individual

An individual who appears in whole or in part in a visual depiction and

  1. whose face, likeness, or other distinguishing characteristic is displayed in connection with such a visual depiction; or
  2. whose identity is revealed in any manner in the visual depiction, through any accompanying or subsequent information or material related to the visual depiction, or any information or material provided by a third party in response to the disclosure of the visual depiction.
