Nonconsensual Ingestion of Ejaculate, Vaginal Fluid, or other Bodily Fluid or Substance

Elements

An offense is committed if:

  1. a person intentionally or knowingly causes another to ingest ejaculate or vaginal fluid without their consent; or
  2. a person intentionally or knowingly causes another to ingest saliva, blood, urine, or feces for the purpose of sexual arousal, sexual humiliation, sexual gratification, or sexual degradation.

Grading

An offense committed under this section is a _ degree felony.
