Sexual Contact

Sexual contact means any of the following:

  1. touching, including with any object, any part of the anus, penis, scrotum, vulva, vagina, groin, or groin area of another person.
  2. causing another person to touch, including with any object, any part of the anus, penis, scrotum, vulva, vagina, groin, or groin area of another including but not limited to the defendant. 
  3. causing another person to touch, including with any object, their own anus, penis, scrotum, vulva, vagina, groin, or groin area. 
  4. touching, or causing another person to touch their own or another person’s, mouth or lips with an object of a sexual nature or purpose.

Sexual contact is completed if the contact occurs via direct skin-to-skin contact, on or through covered body parts, or through a combination of covered and skin-to-skin contact.

Sexual contact does not include the contact of the anus, penis, scrotum, vulva, vagina, groin, or groin area when done for a valid medical purpose.
