Criminal Sexual Conduct with Minors

Elements

An offense is committed if:

  1. a person engages in sexual penetration with a person between the ages 15 and 18 years old and is 4 or more years older at the time of the penetration; or
  2. a person engages in sexual contact with a person between the ages 15 and 18 years old and is 4 or more years older at the time of the contact; or
  3. a person engages in contact with the breast or buttocks of another between the ages 15 and 18 years old, for the purpose of sexual arousal or sexual gratification and is 4 or more years older at the time of contact.

Grading

An offense under subsection (a) or (b) is a _ degree felony, and an offense under subsection (c ) is a _ degree misdemeanor.
