Sexually Explicit Conduct

Sexually explicit conduct means any of the following acts, whether actual or simulated:

  1. Sexual penetration; 
  2. Sexual contact; 
  3. Masturbation; 
  4. Striking, kicking, cutting, or whipping by any instrument, for the purpose of arousing oneself or others; or offending others;
  5. Binding, fettering, or otherwise physically restraining a person, for the purpose of arousing oneself or others; or offending others; 
  6. Ejaculation; or
  7. Defecation or urination for the purpose of sexual arousal, sexual humiliation, or sexual degradation.
