¹²² There are many case data tracking forms for sexual violence case reviews that are available for public dissemination and use. This form was adapted from case tracking materials developed by End Violence Against Women International (EVAWI) as part of the Making a Difference (MAD) project (see http://www.evawintl.org/mad.aspx), as well as data collection forms developed by researchers Melissa Morabito, Linda Williams, and April Pattavina for a study on decision-making and case attrition in sexual violence cases.
