Measure 9a, listed in the performance measures set forth in Chapter 2, documents the number, percentage, and disposition of cases accepted for prosecution by resolution. This measure should incorporate case complexity in order to meaningfully represent a prosecutor’s or jurisdiction’s sexual violence case resolution.
